Structural Drying

Targeted, meter-verified drying plans built on psychrometrics and material response.

• Define the dry standard from unaffected control readings
• Record baseline temperature & humidity to set targets
• Drying plan: dehumidifiers, air-mover layout, containment, and HEPA air filtration
• Manage temperature to mobilise moisture and optimise conditions
• Moisture verification: non-invasive and invasive readings with trend tracking
• Adjust as needed: reposition gear, rebalance airflow, add/remove units, add ducting/pressure
• Protect unaffected areas and manage noise/safety during operation
• Documentation & sign-off: reading log with photos; confirm materials at/below dry standard; pack down equipment
