Mark Townsend is the founder and director of Science Dry, bringing more than 15 years across commercial, domestic, and insurance construction and restoration. He’s IICRC-certified (WRT, AMRT) and builds every job around standards, measurement, and clear communication — so owners and insurers get certainty, not guesswork.

- 15+ years in construction & remediation across commercial, domestic, and insurance projects
- Insurance assessments & reports: scopes, cause/extent findings, remediation plans, post-works verification
- AIMS Level 3 Incident Controller (incident coordination during storm/flood events)
- Emergency management & emergency communications (clear stakeholder comms and site control)
- Bachelor of Nursing; Post-grad Certificate in Mental Health (supports safe work practices and communication with at-risk occupants; no medical services provided)
